Unified Signal Signs New MVNO Go4Yu

DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 08/5/14 – Unified Signal / DataJack, Inc. (OTCQB: DJAK) (OTCQB: DJAKD), a leading MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler) in the telecommunications industry has signed an exclusive MVNO called Go4Yu which is a 50/50 joint venture between Telecom Serbia and Go4Yu, LLC. Telecom Serbia currently services 3.5 Million customers across Serbia and has control of over 1 million US expats living in the United States.

Unified Signal's SaaS (software as a service) based billing and back office solution enables companies in virtually any industry sector to resell cellular service as well as other telecom services using their existing brand. Unified Signal's turnkey telecom billing solution allows its clients to sell, provision, fulfill, and care for multiple telecom services, including pre and post-paid cellular, local, long distance, Internet, and now even mobile commerce.

Unified Signal's Chief Executive Officer, Paris Holt, states; "Unified Signal is very much looking forward to launching the Go4Yu brand worldwide. Telecom Serbia’s three plus million customers will now have access to a complete private label wireless solution saving their customers 50% to 75% off their existing mobile phone bill and local phone bill for calls between Telecom Serbia and the US. We just officially finished their 3 month implementation and we have officially entered into the beta phase with live customers. We have also launched the Go4Yu Mobile Wallet to better facilitate the transfer of money between the US and Serbia, again saving customers a great deal of time and money."

Unified Signal's technology infrastructure allows its clients to implement faster, have much more control of the system, and is far more cost efficient than competing billing and back office systems. Unified Signal’s billing system has successfully integrated with most major U.S. wireless carriers, which has never been completed by any other U.S. billing system. Unified Signal also enables its clients to private label their own mobile wallet including integration into a fully featured prepaid debit card.

Anka Babic, Go4Yu’s CEO states, "We are very excited about our future with Unified Signal. They delivered our platform on time and under budget and we are now in the beta testing phase with live customers which has gone better than we have ever expected. Both teams are still working around the clock to provide an even more robust product suite of telecom services including adding additional enhancements such as a local Serbian prepaid debit card attached to the Go4Yu Mobile Wallet. Go4Yu has also launched Unified Signal’s Mobile Wallet enablement suite and can now utilize this technology to better facilitate the movement of money between US Expats and the local Serbian population. In 90 days we were able to catch up in technology to all the seasoned MVNOs that have already launched and surpassed many existing mobile wallet technologies in existence today."

Go4Yu’s future strategy is to launch Go4Yu in over 50 countries around the world providing a global wireless MVNO and mobile wallet infrastructure. Go4Yu plans to increase its product offerings to include the resale of other services such as IPTV, VoIP, and even energy. Unified Signal has become Go4Yu’s back office provider for their entire portfolio of services.
